ShipWhilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained
within the reports is accurate, there may be a small percentage of errors contained
therein. This will be mainly restricted to the military/service information
and is due either to the fact that there were inaccuracies present in the original
information compiled by the military authorities prior to their handing over
to the Commission, or they occurred during the recent computerisation process,
whereby the scanning of the original texts induced a small percentage error
